About Nick Deslonde

Nick Deslonde is a native of the Emerald Coast and has spent many summers surfing the waves in Northwest Florida. With a love for the homes and architecture found along the coast, he was working towards an architectural degree. He put that on hold to start a mortgage company at the age of 24 and then gradually moved into the design field of Audio Video technology.

After several years of success in Audio Video, his heart was pulling him in another direction. He met his wife Brit who also had a love for the beautiful homes on the coast along with great interest in renovating. Nick decided to get his real estate license and has found that while every career has its ups and downs, the real estate market on the Gulf Coast is thriving. As long as the beaches are here, people will want to be as well.

Already longtime friends of Brooks Wade, Nick joined his team at Gulf Realty 30A in 2016. When you have a job you love in a place you love even more, a great team to work with completes the package. Nick and his wife have recently purchased their own beach home and renovations are in the works. In the meantime, he enjoys pairing others with their own coastal dream home.
