About Blake Holley

Blake was born in Miami and raised in Northern Georgia but has been visiting the Gulf Coast since she was 10 spending time with local family members. On a family trip in 2004 her father, who works in construction, saw the need for developers in the area and found it was time for the family to make Florida their home once again.

Blake spent a lot of time exploring her new home, enjoying the squeaky white sand on the beach, meeting new and exciting people every spring and summer, discovering new activities like deep sea fishing, surfing, weekend boating with friends and everything else the Gulf Coast had to offer. 
Blake had the opportunity to work for a large international company as a sales associate and intermediate level trainer where she was able to realize her love for helping others and marketing strategy. She went on to become the Director of Operations for a now very successful rental management company which gave her insight on the needs of many investment property owners. Then, in 2010 while trying to decide between following her passion for Interior Design or Event Planning, a close family member was in desperate need of someone to manage their busy office and Blake offered to help. This family member was a successful Real Estate Agent in the area and took Blake under their wing teaching her the ropes. Blake’s family has always been involved with Real Estate to some degree whether it be new construction, rental management or project development so the training process didn’t last long.
Blake went from being a part time “Paper Pusher” to a full time Realtor’s Administrative Assistant in less than 6 months due to her attention to detail, thorough research and knack for marketing. Blake knew that the only next step would be to get her Real Estate License and further her career. In 2015 she got her Real Estate License and has been using her skills of market research and customer service to help others meet their Real Estate needs ever since.

I’ll be honest, balancing my life as a mother, wife, Realtor and volunteering locally can be really hectic. But, with the loving support of my family and the amazing people I have had the privilege of working with, I couldn’t ask for better. Oh, and I get to see the most beautiful homes the Gulf Coast has to offer! Who wouldn’t love that?
