About Justin Endsley
Justin Endsley was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio where he attended Franklin University and enjoyed a successful career in finance and accounting. While visiting Destin, Florida for the first time with his wife in 2003, he was awestruck with the area. The beaches, restaurants, shopping, and people were magnetic. It didn’t feel like just a vacation. It felt like home and they had to keep coming back for more. When the circumstances were right for Justin and his wife to relocate, they packed up and moved to the Emerald Coast where they could finally call it their permanent home. This is where his start in real estate began.
With a background in accounting, the numbers involved in the real estate market were intriguing. He regularly checked into property values and interest rates and the investment potential around the Gulf Coast moved him to dive in. He quickly found out that along with the numbers, he thoroughly enjoyed all the other aspects as well including staging, marketing, and negotiating. Justin had found his calling. His first taste of real estate included listing his own home and having it under contract in one day with a full price offer. At that point, he decided he would pursue real estate full-time. That proved to be a wise decision as Justin was able to sell $100 million of real estate in his first four years.
While Justin enjoyed his time in the finance world, a desk job just doesn’t compare to the beauty of real estate in Northwest Florida. Every week, your “office” consists of miles of blue-green waters and white sugar sand beaches that are hard to compete with. Besides stunning views, building relationships with great people and helping others fulfill their coastal dreams has been beyond satisfying for Justin and he looks forward to all the future endeavors with Gulf Realty 30A.
